ChromoDB was born from the need to unify the vast but scattered world of plant chromosome data. For decades, this critical information has been spread across countless publications, often with incomplete or inconsistent references. Our project aims to solve this by creating a single, centralized, and meticulously curated database. We are a team of botanists and data scientists dedicated to building a reliable, accessible, and up-to-date resource for the global research community.
